Projected Cost of Skydiving Training up to A License
The projected cost of obtaining the USPA A license, assuming the student follows the USPA training progression, consists of fixed costs (theoretical training, jump costs, and equipment rental) and variable costs (parachute packing until self-sufficient, medical exam not included in course price, USPA membership, and license issuance fee).

Coach Program – Jumps from 3000 to 4000 metersMinimum of 9 jumps in the skydiving program (Categories F–H) from 3000–4000 meters. (Some jumps may need to be repeated if required performance criteria are not met). After successfully completing Category H, the student meets the conditions (including a minimum of 25 jumps if not already reached) to take the USPA A license check dive and completes the COACH program. |

In addition to the total amount, the following is added:
- Parachute packing per jump, which costs €10.00 per packing.
- Parachute packing is charged until the student acquires the knowledge of independent parachute packing.
- The remaining jumps up to the requirement of 25 solo jumps (can be solo jumps or repetitions of exercises) for obtaining the license.
- The cost of a medical examination for skydiving depends on the institution where you have it done. You can find a list of institutions here: Medical Examination for Skydiving.
- Mandatory USPA membership fee for joining the AFF training.
- The cost of issuing the USPA parachute license, payable to the USPA.
