SWS understands that no two dropzones are alike, which is why we don't offer standard student sets. Instead, we provide a modular system that allows dropzones to build custom setups, saving costs by excluding unnecessary elements and tailoring systems to their specific training programs.

From AFF to Static-Line operations, the Fire Student System is designed to accommodate the needs of modern dropzones, providing unmatched flexibility, durability, and reliability.

Customizable Options for Student and Rental Systems

1. Adjustable Harness System and Leg Straps

Accommodate a wide range of body types, from 2-meter, 120-kg men to 1.5-meter, 45-kg women. The adjustable harness offers flexibility with:

Main lift web adjustments.
Lateral strap adjustments.
Variable-length leg straps.
One harness fits all, making training seamless and cost-effective.

2. Student Risers

Crafted with wide Type 8 webbing and equipped with Type IV tape toggles (no Velcro), these risers simplify rigging and operation. Designed for large canopies with thick Dacron lines, each riser measures 500 mm.

3. Student Main Pilot Chute

Uncollapsible design for consistent, stable openings.
Larger F-111 surface area to handle heavy student canopies.
Bright plastic lug to assist AFF instructors during deployment.

4. Student Bridle

Uncollapsible and 2 meters in length, this bridle ensures control and compatibility with both hand-deployed and spring-type pilot chutes.

5. Reserve Pincover Flap Window and AAD Panel Window

Transparent, removable window to check reserve pin position without opening the flap.
AAD panel on the yoke for quick activation and monitoring, even onboard.

6. Label Pocket

A pocket on the right ring cover flap holds labels identifying the Main and Reserve type, ideal for dropzones managing multiple student containers.

7. Detachable Pilot Chute Pocket

Opens on both sides and detaches completely for secure deployment.
Accommodates pilot chutes with diameters up to 1 meter.
Simple installation in 0.5–1 hour, speeding up system re-equipment.

8. Static Line System

Static line (Direct-Bag) with a safety sleeve to protect against aircraft door frame damage.
Includes a flexible pin for main container closure and loops for rubber band mounting.
Pocket on the side of the container to secure the static line snap.

9. Main D-Bag for Static Line Jumps

"Soft" grommets made from reinforced fabric prevent aircraft damage and protect D-bag grommets.

10. Ripcord

Positioned where the Main PC soft handle would be after training to simplify relearning.
Option for a second ripcord handle for reserve instructor use.

11. Spring-Loaded Main Pilot Chute

Netless design speeds up opening in burble conditions and reduces wear and tear caused by ground handling.

12. Main D-Bag with Spring-Loaded PC

Includes a kicker flap for reliable launch during spring-type pilot chute deployment.

13. Conversion for Student Operations

Convert large rigs for Static-Line or AFF operations with:

Detachable pilot chute pocket.
Ripcords.
Static line with loop and mounting points.
Spring-type main pilot chute.
Main D-bag with stiffener for spring-type pilot chute.
